SFA SANIFOS 610 1 VX SP S Pumping Station - Vortex Version

The SFA Sanifos 610 1 VX SP S pumping station is designed for the automatic evacuation of wastewater in single-family homes, small commercial premises, or communities with low water volume. This single-phase version features a 610-liter tank and a Sanipump VX submersible pump with a vortex impeller and a free passage of 50 mm, allowing the evacuation of black and gray water without the need for grinding.

The pump operates completely automatically via a level switch, starting the motor when the water reaches a height of 500 mm. The station comes equipped as standard with the Smart Control intelligent control system, which records incidents, counts pumping cycles, and allows maintenance scheduling from an intuitive digital screen.

The tank is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with a sloped bottom to prevent sediment accumulation, a hermetically sealed screw cap, and structural resistance up to 200 kg of point load. The useful working volume is 160 liters, ideal for efficiently managing the system's operation and limiting the number of starts.

The Sanipump VX pump provides a flow rate of up to 21 m³/h and a discharge head of up to 14 meters. The discharge system includes pre-mounted non-return valve and shut-off valve, allowing for quick start-up. Additionally, it is supplied with a stainless steel chain and DN50 and DN100 connection gaskets.
