Three-Phase Pumping Station SFA Sanicubic 2 SC7.5 T

The SFA Sanicubic 2 SC7.5 T pumping station is designed for high-demand installations such as public buildings, shopping centers, hospitals, hotels, or large residential communities. It is the most powerful option in the Sanicubic 2 SC range, equipped with two three-phase pumps of 7500 W (P2), capable of evacuating up to 165 m³/h with a head height of up to 22 meters.

Both pumps are constructed from GG-20 cast iron and feature single-channel impellers with a free passage for solids up to 100 mm, allowing for efficient evacuation of heavily loaded water. The system is prepared to operate in alternating mode, activating both pumps simultaneously if the flow requires it.

The 1000-liter tank, made of high-density polyethylene (PE HD), has a DN 150 inlet to receive large volumes of wastewater, and DN 100 outlets for pressure evacuation and ventilation. With a useful volume of 500 liters, the system ensures immediate evacuation thanks to pneumatic pressure switch detection, without the need for prolonged storage.

This model comes with a PS2 control cabinet, replacing the usual ZPS 2. This cabinet allows for even more advanced control: operation logging, start/stop/alarm level programming, star-delta start to reduce the intensity peak at startup, and visual and acoustic alarms for complete system monitoring.
