The Thermor Onix Connect 80 electric water heater includes WiFi connectivity to control and monitor the unit through the Cozytouch app. This connectivity makes it possible to check information related to water and electricity consumption and manage the water heater programming from a mobile device.

The unit itself includes a digital touch display that makes it easy to select the different functions and regulation modes.

Four smart operating modes

The Onix Connect offers four regulation modes: Eco+, Manual, Turbo and Absence, allowing hot water production to be adapted to the needs of each home.

• Manual: allows direct configuration of operation according to the user's preferences.

Double vitrified tank and ceramic heating elements

The Thermor Onix Connect 80 uses a double vitrified tank, a configuration that helps maintain a slim and extra-flat design. Heating is carried out by a double sheathed ceramic heating element with low loading rate.

As the heating elements are protected by a sheath, the heating element is not in direct contact with the water. Internal protection is complemented by a double magnesium anode, while the high-density thermal insulation helps reduce heat losses from the stored water.

BriseJet system to optimize stratification

This water heater incorporates the BriseJet system, developed to promote optimal water stratification inside the tank. This technology helps limit mixing between the cold water entering the tank and the stored hot water, making better use of the water available at the desired temperature.

For this model, Thermor specifies a heating time of 2 hours and 52 minutes up to 65 °C with a temperature increase of 50 °C.

Vertical or horizontal installation

The multiposition design allows the Thermor Onix Connect 80 to be installed either vertically or horizontally, providing greater flexibility in small spaces or installations constrained by the room layout.

In case of horizontal installation, Thermor specifies that the hydraulic connections must be positioned on the left. The water heater also comes with a mounting plate as standard to facilitate wall fixing.
