The cylinder features an internal coil with a large heat exchange surface, with an area of 5.5 m² and a length of 55.2 metres, designed to maximise heat transfer and ensure rapid recovery of hot water. With heating water at 80°C, the exchanged power reaches 61 kW, allowing a flow rate of 1,500 litres per hour, while with water at 60°C, the exchanged power is 27.5 kW and the DHW flow rate reaches 676 litres per hour. The hot water preparation time at 80°C is only 14 minutes, and at 60°C, 31 minutes, ensuring rapid availability of DHW.

The ECOUNIT HP 500-1C includes a 2,000 W electric resistance as standard, adding flexibility to the system by allowing water heating when insufficient heat is available from the main heating system.
