Information about ATV630 Altivar Process Variable Speed Drive
This Altivar Process ATV600 variable speed drive can power synchronous and asynchronous three-phase motors. It features 3 integrated RJ45 communication ports as standard, 1 Ethernet port, and 2 serial ports. It operates with a nominal supply voltage of 380 V to 480 V AC. This drive provides up to 30% energy savings in standby mode thanks to the innovative "Stop & Go" operation without additional costs. It is suitable for motors with a maximum power specification of 37 kW/50 HP for applications requiring light overload (up to 110%). It is suitable for motors with a maximum power specification of 30 kW/40 HP for applications requiring significant overload (up to 150%). It weighs 28.2 kg and its dimensions are 226 mm wide, 673 mm high, and 271 mm deep. This drive is designed for fluid management processes and energy savings. The drive software includes five safety functions that help machines meet safety requirements, regardless of whether they are used in conjunction with a Preventa safety module. These safety functions are configured with the SoMove software. It complies with international standards IEC/EN 61800-5-1 and IEC/EN 61800-3 (conducted and radiated EMC immunity and emissions). It is also CE, UL, CSA, NOM, EAC, and RCM certified. Altivar Machine ATV320 drives come with various mounting accessories and external options (braking resistors, line reactors, motor reactors, or additional EMC filters). The type of accessories and external options depends on the drive specifications. It is designed to be mounted vertically (+/-10°) on a panel using its 4 mounting holes. It fully integrates into Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure Machine using DTM technology.
