Fuse Holder Switch STI 1P 400V

These Acti9 STI insulated fuse holders are low-voltage fuse disconnectors. They are used for tertiary and industrial applications that require a high breaking capacity. It has a 1-pole (1P), a rated current of up to 10A, and a gG or aM fuse curve with a cartridge fuse type of 8.5mm x 31.5mm. It can be mounted on a DIN rail for modular installation. The general-purpose fuse (gG fuse) provides protection against overloads and short circuits. The aM fuse for motor applications provides protection against short circuits (protection of loads with a high peak current). It has an IP20 protection rating at its terminals, making it IP40 in a modular enclosure. A snap-on marker is visible on the front face or downstream terminal to identify the presence of the fuse. An optional 230 V neon indicator light shows when the fuse is blown (off in normal operation and on in red after the fuses have blown). The device comes with a captive fuse holder and an additional box for a spare fuse. Its lever can also be padlocked.
