When do I need the Bridge X?
When the design and surface area suggest reinforcing the Thread network. As a practical rule: 1 Bridge X for every ~100 m² or if there are multiple floors/very dense walls.
Can I mix X heads and thermostats?
Yes. That is the idea behind zone control: a central thermostat and heads/sensors where needed.
What about maintenance?
Head Rechargeable USB-C(seasonal recharge), battery alerts and local scheduling for continuity if the connection drops.
