Italsan, with a solid track record of over 30 years in the installation market, has become an expert company in the manufacturing, distribution, and after-sales service of plastic pipe channeling systems. 

Italsan was established in the late 1980s in Palma de Mallorca as the Spanish representation of NUPI INDUSTRIE ITALIANE. Its initial mission was to promote the use of polymeric pipe systems, such as polypropylene, polybutylene, and polyethylene, for hydro-sanitary and thermo-sanitary installations. These systems represented an innovative alternative to traditional metallic materials and installation systems.

Over time, Italsan has emerged as a leader in the Spanish and international market in the manufacturing, distribution, and technical advice of thermoplastic systems used in fluid distribution and evacuation networks. The company has developed particular expertise in plumbing, domestic hot water (DHW), climate control, and evacuation installations, offering specific solutions for a variety of applications.

Italsan has demonstrated its commitment to innovation in the installation market. In 1995, the company patented and approved the first polypropylene plastic manifold for water sub-metering, obtaining approval from the Ministry of Industry with the homologation code DBD 8001. These Italsan manifolds have been widely adopted, with nearly 100,000 units installed.
