SFA Sanifos 110 Pumping Station - Grinder Version

The SFA Sanifos 110 pumping station is a compact and efficient solution for evacuating wastewater in homes, commercial premises, or small technical installations that do not have gravity drainage. Equipped with a submersible pump with blades, this station allows for the shredding of materials before being pumped through a small diameter pipe (DN40), making it ideal for environments with limited space or construction restrictions.

The set includes a 110-liter tank made of high-density polyethylene (PE), with an anti-stagnation design to ensure natural flow to the impeller between pumping cycles. The station can be installed on the ground or buried, and is designed to withstand outdoor environments thanks to its sealed and resistant pedestrian cover.

The integrated Sanipump GR pump allows for a maximum head height of 14 meters and a flow rate of up to 15 m³/h. The system operates automatically via a float: the motor activates when the water reaches 320 mm in height and stops at 120 mm, managing a useful evacuation volume of 38 liters per cycle.

The Pro X K2 blade impeller effectively shreds waste before evacuation, allowing the use of a DN40 DIN internal pressure pipe for more compact and discreet installations. The system is prepared for liquids at a temperature of up to 70 °C, allowing its use with appliances or sanitary water without limitations.
