The SFA Sanicubic 2 SC4.0 T pumping station is designed for the evacuation of large volumes of wastewater from residential buildings, offices, or commercial facilities. Thanks to its two powerful three-phase pumps of 4000 W (P2) each and single-channel turbines, it efficiently evacuates liquids with solid load in installations that require high flow and medium lift height.
This model reaches a maximum flow rate of 140 m³/h and a head height of up to 13 meters. The pumps operate alternately to optimize their lifespan, although they can also work simultaneously if the flow demands it. They are made of GG-20 cast iron, with a free passage for solids up to 80 mm, allowing effective treatment of wastewater with a high solid content.
The Sanicubic 2 SC4.0 T incorporates a 1000-liter tank made of high-density polyethylene (PE HD), with a useful volume of 500 liters. It features a DN 150 inlet for connecting general downpipes and a DN 100 outlet for pressurized evacuation. Ventilation is also done through a DN 100 connection.
The system activates automatically thanks to a pneumatic pressure switch that detects the liquid level in the tank, preventing prolonged storage. The included ZPS 2 control panel allows recording of operating cycles, configuring start/stop/alarm levels, and managing possible incidents through visual and acoustic signals.
