If a shipment shows damage at the time of delivery, there are two ways to properly report it so we can resolve the issue:
If you detect the damage at the time of delivery when the transport is still at the destination address, you can refuse the delivery by documenting the damage so that the transport can inform us and we can send you a new delivery.
If you detect the damage once the transport has delivered the order, you must report this damage to our team by sending images of the packaging, the product, and as much detail as possible to [email protected] within a maximum of 48 natural hours after delivery.
After the 48-hour period following the delivery of an order damaged in transit, we will not be able to take responsibility for these damages.
