Except for exceptions or express requests from the customer, our orders are shipped complete.
If you have received an order and it is missing units or you have not received all the purchased items, you can take the following steps:
Check that we have not shipped your order in more than one package.
Contact our support team to review if the order has been sent complete, if it has been done in one or more packages, or any other case.
If the order has indeed been improperly prepared or not fully dispatched, my colleagues will inform you and provide the quickest possible solution.
