Can I install the product myself?
It depends on the type of product.
Products that require professional installation
Products that involve electrical, hydraulic, gas connections, or technical systems must be installed by a certified installer. These include (but are not limited to), for guidance:
- Air conditioning and climate control
- Boilers and heating systems
- Water heaters and storage water heaters
- Ventilation systems
- Industrial or professional use equipment
- Products requiring mandatory technical commissioning
In these cases, installation by uncertified personnel implies the automatic waiver of the warranty, since safe and regulation-compliant assembly cannot be guaranteed.
Easy-to-install products
Products without technical risk (accessories, small appliances, plug & play, etc.) can be installed by the customer by following the included instructions.
