Currently we do not issue electronic invoices in the official formats required by government platforms in each country (for example, systems like the Italian one or other equivalents in the EU).
We always send a standard PDF invoice, fiscally valid for intra-community transactions.
What document do I receive if I purchase as a company (B2B)?
If you purchase with a valid VAT ID, we will issue your invoice with the provided tax information.
When applicable, we apply the intra-community regime (reverse charge).
We do not send the invoice to government electronic invoicing platforms.
What if I buy as an individual (B2C)?
We issue invoices in PDF format in accordance with the applicable tax regime.
If your company is required to use official electronic invoicing in order to account for the purchase, we recommend consulting your tax advisor beforehand.
