What is GroupSumi's return policy?
In accordance with Article 102 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Clients, GroupSumi offers its customers a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

  • Period: The customer has a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return it.
  • Condition of the product: Products must be returned in normal conditions, that is, without having been used or installed, and with their original packaging in perfect condition.
  • Preparation for shipment: Before proceeding with the return, the customer must ensure that the products are properly protected and sealed, preventing any damage during transport.

Return Procedure

To manage a return, the customer must access return.groupsumi.com and follow the indicated steps, providing the corresponding order reference. They can also contact our team if they have any additional queries.

Cases in which GroupSumi covers return shipping costs

If the reason for the return is that the received item does not match what was requested or is not in good condition, GroupSumi will cover the following expenses:
  1. Return costs for defective or incorrect product.
  2. Costs of the new shipment, with the correct or undamaged item.

Cases in which the customer assumes the return costs

If the reason for the return is simply that the customer is not satisfied with the product (for example, it is not what they expected) or they do not need it after all, GroupSumi will refund the amount of the returned item, but:
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the subsequent refund (€5.95)
  • Shipping costs paid at the time of order placement will not be refunded.

Refund of the amount

The refund will be made without undue delay, complying with the following terms:
  1. The refund will be processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the return at our warehouse.
  2. The refund will not be processed until the products have been received and reviewed by the GroupSumi quality department.
  3. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the initial purchase, unless another payment method is agreed upon with the customer.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

It is important to note that some products are not eligible for return, such as those that are customized or specifically manufactured according to the customer's instructions. This condition will be detailed in the product description and will be clearly visible before purchase.
Items that may have arrived damaged during transport and were not reported within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise, or items that have been installed, whether functioning correctly or incorrectly, are also not included in the standard return process.
