When will I receive the Sumis after a purchase?
After placing an order, it may take a few days for the Sumis to appear in your account.
Don't worry, when we ship your order, we will add the Sumis from your purchase to your account and send you an email to inform you.
From then on, the Sumis will be pending validation for 14 calendar days. The next day you will already be able to use your points to get extra discounts on your next purchases.
