Can I modify or cancel an order once it's placed?
Orders that have been processed and paid for cannot be modified.
Regarding cancellations, orders with "Express Delivery" material cannot be canceled. Orders on demand or with longer lead times can be canceled.
To process a return, you must contact our team and provide the order reference and the email address with which you registered as a customer. Our agents will confirm if cancellation is possible and the refund period.
