Only some details can be modified after placing an order.
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to modify its contents. This means that products cannot be added or removed, quantities cannot be changed, and one product cannot be replaced with another.
The only details we can review for modification are:
Billing details
Delivery details, only if the order has not yet entered preparation and has not been shipped
If you need to modify the billing details of your order, contact our support team and provide the order reference and the correct details that should appear on the invoice.
Delivery details can only be modified if the order has not yet entered preparation and has not been shipped.
If the order is already being prepared or has been shipped, we will not be able to modify the address or any other delivery details. To request the change, contact our support team as soon as possible and provide the order reference and the correct delivery details.
