When you access the cart or on the checkout page, a button will appear in the summary, and you can decide to use the Sumis to get an extra discount.
If you activate the option, we will automatically apply a personalized discount to your order and deduct the corresponding Sumis from your account.
Why don't my Sumis appear?
If you don't see the option to get a discount with the Sumis you have accumulated, it could be for several reasons:
Make sure you are logged into your customer account.
Check if you have Sumis available.
Your Sumis might be pending validation. We release them 14 days after the order is shipped.
After placing an order, the Sumis may take a few days to appear in your account.
