I want to cancel my order

Solo an order can be canceled if it has not yet progressed in the logistics process.

We can process the cancellation if the order:

  • Is pending payment, for example in orders paid by bank transfer

  • Has not yet been prepared

  • Has not yet been shipped

What should I do to cancel it?

If your order meets these conditions, contact our support team as soon as possible and provide the order reference to request the cancellation.

Our agents will review the status of the order and confirm whether it is still possible to cancel it.

My order is already being prepared or has been shipped

If the order is already being prepared or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it directly.

In this case, you must wait for the carrier to attempt delivery. When the carrier arrives, tell them that you do not want to receive the order and refuse the delivery.

Once refused, the shipment will be automatically returned to our warehouse. When we receive it, our team will handle it according to the corresponding procedure.
