My order has been returned to the sender

If the carrier cannot deliver your order, the shipment may be automatically returned to our warehouse. This can happen for various delivery-related reasons:

  • Absence at the address

  • Unable to contact the recipient

  • Incomplete delivery details

  • or any other issue handled directly by the transport company

What should I do in this case?

When the order arrives back at our warehouse, our team will automatically process it as a return. Once the material has been received and reviewed, the corresponding refund will be processed in accordance with our return policy.
