If the carrier cannot deliver your order, the shipment may be automatically returned to our warehouse. This can happen for various delivery-related reasons:
Absence at the address
Unable to contact the recipient
Incomplete delivery details
or any other issue handled directly by the transport company
When the order arrives back at our warehouse, our team will automatically process it as a return. Once the material has been received and reviewed, the corresponding refund will be processed in accordance with our return policy.
